This 1999 Indian Chief represents #517 out of 1,100 examples produced during the inaugural year following the model's reintroduction by the Gilroy, California-based Indian Motorcycle Company of America. Adorned in a Raven Black finish, this bike is propelled by an air-cooled 1,442cc V-twin engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission. Notable features include a Corbin solo saddle, a sleek two-into-one exhaust, chrome-finished fork sliders and lowers, disc brakes with billet calipers, and auxiliary driving lights.

With only 4 kilometers displayed on the mechanical odometer, this Chief was meticulously stored in a climate-controlled garage and never registered.
