Shipping Policies

This Policy covers motorized vehicles including motorcycles, motorbikes, ATVs, scooters, etc. It does not apply apparel or accessories offered for sale at Calgary Cycle City, which has its own shipping policy outlined further down this page.

All motorized vehicles offered for sale at Calgary City Cycle must be picked up directly from our store. Any delivery arrangements, including out-of-town shipping, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Shipping Policy for all Calgary Cycle City Apparel & Accessories

This Policy covers specific apparel and accessories only and does not necessarily apply to returns, exchanges, or warranty claims, which have their own separate shipping policies.

• Items purchased on the Calgary Cycle City (CCC) website are subject to shipping costs. These costs are kept minimal due to our partnerships with several shipping companies, so we can offer competitive shipping rates. Nevertheless, to minimize shipping costs (and lower your environmental impact), we encourage all customers to order their items together on a single order, rather than separately.
• Please note that items shipped from the CCC website may require identity verification and/or signature upon delivery.
• PO boxes are not eligible for use as a shipping address.
• Please ensure your information is correctly entered before ordering; CCC will not be liable for additional shipping charges on orders entered with incorrect customer and/or shipping information.

 

International Shipping

All items are eligible for shipping worldwide, to most countries. All items are shipped from our warehouse in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

 

Shipping Costs

Once you select “Check Out” on your shopping cart, enter your customer information including full address and postal code. Once you select “Continue to Shipping Method”, a variety of shipping methods and rates will be automatically calculated by several of our partner shipping companies based on your location and displayed for you to choose from. The method you have currently selected is automatically added to your item subtotal so you can see your final total before you “Continue to Payment Method”. From here, you still have the chance to confirm your order before it is finalized and processed.

 

Shipping Times

Orders are usually processed by us within three (3) business days. Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method you choose. CCC is not responsible for delays or disruptions in throughout shipping once it leaves our warehouse.

 

Payment Methods

Currently, we accept the credit cards Visa, Mastercard and American Express (Amex). Sorry, we cannot accept any alternate forms of payment such as e-Transfers or Paypal at this time. Please note our website is fully secure and encrypted to keep all your information safe, and it is not stored by us unless you select “Save my information for a faster checkout”.
